CORE. Reformer + Strength Pilates

Our most-LOVED, full-body Reformer class designed to help you engage & build strength from the inside out. You'll move through a series of Pilates-based exercises that strengthen and teach you to move from the CORE. Every movement has intention. These classes will improve your posture & enhance your flexibility. We value connection and engagement through the exercises. There is a class for everyone. Whether you're new to Pilates or advanced, this class is uniquely designed to challenge everybody at every level in a supportive, feel-good environment with our layering approach. Our instructors are classically trained and are there to train the body in front of them. Incorporating contemporary Pilates movements while always honoring the integrity of the exercises Joseph Pilates created.

 

CORE. Pilates Sculpt

Take your performance up a notch with this high-energy, full-body mat based sculpting class. Pilates Sculpt blends the Pilates Principles with resistance-based training on the mat for a burn you’ll feel in all the right places. Learn to move from your CORE. An endurance building class. These classes include bands, Pilates ball, weights, ankle weights, magic circle & more. Expect continued movement leaving you feeling strong, empowered & energized. There is nothing quite like a CORE. Sculpt class. The energy our teachers bring and the way they teach you to engage and move from your CORE. the entire time is unmatchable.

CORE. Mat Pilates

Experience the foundation of Pilates on the mat—with a deep focus on core strength, body alignment, and breath. This class uses bodyweight and optional light props to tone muscles, improve posture, and build long-lasting strength. Whether you’re at home on the Reformer or brand new to Pilates, Mat is the perfect complement for building stability and control. This class follows the Mat Classical order.

CORE. Heated Sculpt

Our CORE. Pilates Sculpt with added infrared heat. Sweat. Sculpt. Strengthen. This mat-based class takes your sculpting workout to a Infrared heated room to maximize your experience. A mix of Pilates, resistance training, and core work, Heated Sculpt leaves you glowing from the inside out. Bring water, a towel, and get ready to move with intention.

CORE. Chair Sculpt

Small but mighty—the Pilates Chair offers one of the most powerful full-body workouts in the studio. This class uses the Exo-Chair to build strength, improve balance, and activate deep core muscles in a uniquely challenging way. With minimal space and maximum control, you’ll discover muscles you didn’t know you had while enhancing posture, coordination, and mobility.
Perfect for clients looking to deepen their practice or try something new with a fun, functional twist. All levels welcome, modifications provided!

CORE. Rebound Sculpt

Get ready for a full-body workout that’s just as fun as it is effective. CORE. Pilates Sculpt + the Rebounder pairs low-impact cardio intervals on a mini trampoline with focused core sculpting on the mat. This class supports lymphatic health, increases stamina, and strengthens your abs—without stressing your joints. Bonus: it’s great for pelvic floor health and feels like play!

CORE. Barre Sculpt

A high-rep, low-impact class that fuses Pilates, ballet, and functional movement. Using the barre, light weights, and small controlled motions, this class targets your glutes, legs, arms, and abs for that signature "Barre burn." Set to upbeat music, Barre Sculpt is both fun and challenging—and always leaves you feeling lifted and lengthened. Think CORE. Pilates Sculpt with a little extra leg burn.

CORE. Kettlebell Sculpt

This one-of-a-kind fusion class brings the power of kettlebell training into your Pilates world. You’ll combine controlled strength work, functional mobility, and powerful core activation in circuits designed to sculpt and energize. Kettlebell Pilates is perfect for clients wanting to build lean muscle, increase endurance, and feel strong all while staying connected to form and flow.

CORE. Strength + Stretch

Reset your body and calm your mind in this gentle class focused on mobility, deep stretching, strength and breath. Using supportive props and guided techniques, we’ll release tension, lengthen tight muscles, improve flexibility and strength. Perfect for all levels, including beginners, athletes, and anyone needing a restorative movement experience while learning strength and form at its finest.

CORE. Level 1 Reformer Pilates

Start here if you’re new to Pilates or returning after time away. Level 1 Reformer introduces the foundations of movement, alignment, and breath with extra attention to form and control. You’ll learn how to properly use the Reformer and progress at a comfortable pace, leaving each class feeling stronger and more confident in your body.

CORE. Advanced Reformer

Ready to level up your Pilates practice? This class is designed for experienced clients who have completed at least 25 regular Reformer classes and have a solid foundation in core engagement, spring settings, and Reformer safety. Advanced Reformer moves at a faster pace with more complex exercises, added props, and challenging sequences that push strength, balance, and endurance. Expect a serious burn and a major payoff—this class is for those who want to master the method and feel unstoppable. Not suitable for beginners. Instructor approval may be required.

CORE. Reformer Ages 60+

A supportive and empowering Reformer class designed specifically for clients 60 and older. This class focuses on gentle strength-building, balance, posture, and joint health, using Pilates to enhance longevity and mobility. It’s never too late to start your Pilates journey—and this class is a beautiful, safe space to do just that.

CORE. Fundamentals on the Mat (Beginner-Friendly)

Perfect for first-timers or those looking to slow things down and find those critical connections. Our Fundamentals class breaks down the essentials of Pilates movement, breathwork, and Reformer equipment. With extra attention from our certified instructors, you’ll build confidence in your form, strengthen your foundation, and prepare for all other class formats.

CORE. Youth Summer Pilates (Ages 10–17)

Empowering the next generation with movement, strength, and confidence. Youth Pilates is designed specifically for teens and preteens to build body awareness, coordination, and strength in a fun, upbeat setting. This class is low-impact, beginner-friendly, and the perfect way to introduce young movers to Pilates and mindful fitness.

Private Sessions

Private sessions are a 50 minute 1 on 1 session to help you dive into the work while being mindful of your bodies personal needs. We will jump around on different equipment to help ensure you get the maximum results and are being pushed to engage your entire body.

 

Semi-Private Sessions

Workout with a friend or someone else special. This 50 minute session is designed for you and someone else. This session is tailored to your needs and desires of what you are wanting in your session. Be pushed and challenged working out with a buddy.

Private Party

Book a party. Girls night out, bridal party, or birthday party. This two-hour class is designed for 1 hour of workout and one hour to sit and hang. You may bring your own light snacks, decorations & beverages in. No alcohol.
