About CORE.

CORE. is a Pilates Studio created by Stephanie Lacefield designed to meet clients where they are and bring strength and fluidity to their bodies one class at a time. We offer reformer Pilates from beginning to advanced students. Sculpt classes incorporating resistance bands, weights, barre and Rebounding classes to add cardio without the impact. Private sessions always suggested prior to taking a class for the benefit of the client to understand cueing for their body awareness. CORE is dedicated to teaching you to use your body in the day to day life not just during your Pilates session. We want you to leave your session feeling better and stronger each time. Join one of our many classes to help ignite your body and find your CORE.
